Designed for cutting sashimi, these knives are used for slicing raw fish by pulling the knife towards you.
If you move the knife on both ways (a sawing motion), the surface will look uneven and dull.

Care Instructions

- Use only wooden boards or plastic cutters with medium strength.
- Keep the knives in a blade protector, in a knife block, on a wall magnetic board.
- Blades are not suitable for cutting bones (including of fish) or frozen foods.
