The Cadac Charcoal pro kettle braai has two air vents and comes with a thermometer in the dome lid. All the enamelled edges are curled over to prevent rust forming on sharp edges. The dual air vents on the dome lid is better for indirect cooking. It has heat-resistant handles on the dome lid and the bowl. The charcoal pro has a stainless steel ash bowl with a plastic handle that makes for easy cleaning.
