This awesome antique British Hallmarked sterling silver serving spoon weighs a decent 50g and measures 18cm long. The spoon has nice clean uncomplicated lines. The handle of the spoon is engraved with the letter CC.
The hallmarks on the spoon consist of the makers mark WH&S.Ld confirming it was made by William Hutton & Sons Ltd, the Crown Assay mark confirming it was made in Sheffield, the Lion Passant confirming it is British sterling silver (925), and the date letter "m" confirming it was made in 1929.
The antique sterling silver spoon is in good condition for its age and there is normal age and usage related wear and tear and scuffs as shown in the pics.
