
This beautifully made antique 19th century German hallmarked 800 silver serving spoon measures 21.7cm long x 4.3cm across the bowl. The serving spoon is hallmarked as follows: The makers mark is not identifiable, the German Reichsmark of the Halbmond und Krone (Crested moon and crown) and the 800 standard mark confirming the spoon is 800 silver which was widely used in Europe in the 18th and 19th century. The serving spoon weighs a very decent 60g and has the letter "B" embossed on the spoon handle. There is absolute minimal age and usage related wear and tear which would easily be polished out.
