This beautiful antique hallmarked British sterling silver chalice trophy measures 22.5cm high x 11cm wide. The hallmarked chalice consists of the traditional British hallmarks as follows: The manufacturers stamp "FHAL" confirms it was made by FH Adams Ltd, The "Anchor" Assay mark confirming it was made in Birmingham, the "Lion Passant" mark confirming it is British 925 silver and the date stamp "L" confirming it was made in 1910. The chalice weighs 245g.

The date stamp ties in with the engraved names on the trophy which commenced in 1915. Some of the engravings have been removed as shown in the pics.

The chalice is still in amazing condition, considering it is 112 years old. Please view the pics carefully to fully appreciate this George V sterling silver goblet and to confirm the condition.
