Oak wine barrel smoking wood pieces (150mm chunks) make it easy to add a delicious unique smoky flavour to meat, seafood, fruit & vegetables! Use one piece per cook-out or more if you prefer a stronger smoke flavour.

Oak Wine Barrel Chunks are especially great for a brisket, this is probably the best wood for beef based on our personal experience (we also use the shavings).
