The Economaster braai range is designed as open braais, with the units featuring top and bottom doors to close the units when not in use. The units are constructed from 2,5-mm mild steel and coated with high-heat black paint for optimal durability. Home Fires also sells a selection of additional accessories that includes flue pipes, cowl tops, and cowl bases to ensure that you can get all that you need from a single supplier. These braais can be installed indoors – within well-ventilated rooms and spaces – to allow for braais without a care about the current weather conditions. The 700 and 800 units are available in 350-mm and 500-mm deep models to accommodate different installation and cooking preferences. The entire range comes standard with an ashpan, a top and bottom door, mild steel electroplated grid, potjie hook, and a light fitting for additional convenience. These braais can hold wood and charcoal fires to accommodate different flavour profiles. The model 800D, 1000, and 1200 braai units are equipped with an ember maker – allowing for easy and efficient fire preparation.
